If you would like to get involved, please complete the following form so we can send you an Application Pack. Please note that all fields are mandatory. Once we receive your registration form we will send you an Application Pack by post, along with a Stamped Addressed Envelope which you can use to return it. We’ll also include a calendar showing upcoming courses if one is available for your sport.
