What is Official Sports London?
Official Sports London is an exciting bursary opportunity that supports Londoners aged 16+ to complete sports officiating qualifications, volunteer or work as officials and maybe even get involved in volunteering or officiating at the London 2012 Games.
Year 1 of the Official Sports London bursary is now complete. In our first year we awarded 254 bursaries to people across the capital, to help them achieve officiating qualifications across 17 different sports.
Year 2 of Official Sports London is now open for applications. This year includes a total of 21 sports including 5 new sports; Cricket, Netball, Rugby Union, Rugby League and Sailing. You can find out how to apply to Official Sports London by clicking here.
